This lesson was to help you become more aware of your toddlers communication efforts and give ideas on how to build on them. Here you can share what you tried with your toddler and what worked and didn't with your attempts. Did you attempt any sign language? Did you notices gestures now that you are looking for them? Give an example of teaching your toddler a gesture or sign and then whether or not they learned it. What did you teach them? Were they able to communicate with the sign or gesture?
